The beach access is a 4-minute walk from the house, with permitted parking for cars, golf carts, and bikes. Tennis courts, a community pool, and gated sound access are available for guests. Seasalt is located in the charming town of Duck, NC. It is just a short walk drive from the house to the sound, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and a quick 4-minute walk to the beach! You are just a short drive to Duck Village, which includes fantastic shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, yoga, and attractions.

We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT
Per the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, all guests over 18 must sign a Rental Agreement governing the terms of the stay.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-party service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Travelers who cancel more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable credit card or processing fees. For cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued, minus any credit card or processing fees. Unfortunately, no refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will be provided.
