We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT
Per the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, all guests over 18 must sign a Rental Agreement governing the terms of the stay.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-party service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION
We value our guests’ health, safety, and well-being. For this reason, we conduct a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the house; no cameras are on the interior. This home has two recording cameras: one on the front door (RING) and one over the garage door facing the driveway.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid minus any credit card or processing fees. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, you will get back 50% minus any credit card or processing fees. Otherwise, there will not be a refund.
