NEIGHBORHOOD

It is a quiet neighborhood loaded with great amenities for families. Take a right out of the driveway and walk down to Hayman Park (1 block down on a quiet residential street—no busy roads to cross). Take a left out of the driveway to the bay front gazebo and flex path and enjoy the sunsets (a 2-minute walk). To get to the beach (driving recommended), take a right out of the driveway and drive to the stop sign at the end of Hayman. Go straight across, and there is free beach parking right there!

We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

Per the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, all guests over 18 must sign a Rental Agreement governing the terms of the stay.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-party service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. This home has three recording cameras on the exterior: one on the upper-level deck directed at the front entrance, one facing the lower-level carport area, and one facing the driveway. CANCELLATION POLICY

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid minus any credit card or processing fees. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, you will get back 50% minus any credit card or processing fees. Otherwise, there will not be a refund.
