We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT
Per the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, all guests over 18 must sign a Rental Agreement governing the terms of the stay.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-party service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ AUGUST 2023 | What a beautiful place. The house looks exactly like in the pictures. It’s spotless clean, organized and well stocked. The beach access is so close! The hosts are quick to answer and proactive. Would love to come back. Totally recommend.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ JULY 2023 | A tremendous trip for a family with 6 total children! The pool and hot tub were a huge hit! The wagons for the beach were invaluable, we walked there in less than 5 mins multiple times a day. We loved the massive dining table so we can all sit together. The separation of the 3 floors all with great size beds for 4 couples was perfect. We used the front porch hammock and chair swing daily. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have Harris Teeter deliver groceries the day we arrived and we could settle right in to cooking. I would have loved for some more covered space or umbrella by the pool to keep the babies out of the sun, but we made it work! All in all a 10 out of 10. We had just the right amount of activities and downtime. The hosts were super responsive and could not have been easier to work with. I appreciate the hospitality and absoltuely loved the home design/decor.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ JUNE 2023 | The house was absolutely perfect for our group. We loved the convenience of walking to the beach and accessing restaurants/grocery stores. The kids in our group loved the hot tub and pool more than anything! The kitchen had everything we possibly needed, and the linens were very nice and comfy. We hope to visit next year!

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ MAY 2023 | Beautiful, specious house with great amenities. Perfect for families or large groups looking to enjoy a relaxing, fun filled beach vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and the salt water pool and hot tub were spotless. Very short walk to the beach. Will look to book again in the future.
