NEIGHBORHOOD

This spacious home sits a block west of Highway 12 in Southern Shores, just over half a mile from the Hillcrest Beach Access. This allows for easy access to Kitty Hawk and South and beats the traffic on the turnover day! This area does not have “public” beaches. You will need to use the guest passes provided. You can walk, ride your bike, or drive just a half-mile to the beach access.

Within the community, you can access marinas, tennis and volleyball courts, and a lovely park for kids. This is also an excellent home base for exploring the rest of the Outer Banks, with Duck only two miles north and the Wright Brothers National Memorial nine miles south.

We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT
Per the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, all guests over 18 must sign a Rental Agreement governing the terms of the stay.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-party service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION
We value our guests’ health, safety, and well-being. For this reason, we conduct a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid minus any credit card or processing fees. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, you will get back 50% minus any credit card or processing fees. Otherwise, there will not be a refund.
