NEIGHBORHOOD
This home is in the quiet neighborhood of Kill Devil Hills. KDH is rich in history; the Wright Brothers National Memorial site commemorates the siblings’ four powered airplane flights in the Wright Flyer. This museum is located just 5 minutes from the house. This home’s location is ideal as it is close to shopping, restaurants, ice cream spots, mini golf, the Avalon Pier, Jockey’s Ridge State Park, and more. Take a drive down south via 12S with the ocean on one side and the sound on the other – take a lighthouse tour at the Bodie Island Lighthouse, and then head down to Cape Hatteras for another lighthouse tour, then take the ferry to Ocracoke. Head over to Manteo for the tour of the Aquarium!

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. This home has one exterior recording camera that faces the driveway and stairwell.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Travelers who cancel more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable credit card or processing fees. For cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued, minus any credit card or processing fees. Unfortunately, no refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will be provided.
